Similar to a rental agreement, the use of Koblank software is concluded for an indefinite period. You will receive an invoice for the new usage year automatically in the first quarter of the new usage year.

All you have to do is update your expiry date towards the end of the current usage year.

Open ideeNetAdmin:

Click Update expiry date and follow the instructions.

You can also update the expiry date in ideeCenter by clicking the line with the expiry date in the cockpit.

If the time interval between the end of the current usage year is less than one month, the expiry date will be updated to the end of the next usage year.

Examples:

• It is 2025/02/17 and the expiry date is 2025/03/31. Then the expiry date remains on 2025/03/31 because it is more than a month until the end of the usage year.
• It is 2025/03/03 and the expiry date is 2025/03/31. Then the expiry date will be updated to 2026/03/31 because it is less than a month until the end of the usage year. The prerequisite for this update is, of course, that the usage has not been terminated. Usage can be terminated with three months' notice to the end of the current usage year.
