The license is automatically extended for another year, unless it is canceled three months before it expires. You will receive the invoice for the new year of use unprompted in the first quarter of the new year of use.

All you have to do is renew your expiry date towards the end of the current year of use.

Open ideeNetAdmin:

Click Renew Expiry Date and follow the instructions.

You can also renew the expiry date in ideeCenter by clicking the line with the expiry date in the cockpit.

If the time interval between the end of the current year of use is less than one month, the expiry date is extended by a further year until the end of the next year of use.

Examples:

• It is 2020/02/17 and the expiry date is 2020/03/31. Then the expiry date remains on 2020/03/31 because it is more than a month until the end of the year of use.
• It is 2020/03/03 and the expiry date is 2020/03/31. Then the expiry date will be extended to 2021/03/31 because it is less than a month until the end of the year of use. The prerequisite for this extension for a further year is of course that the licence has not been canceled.
