Remote IT support by Koblank
Many customers make use of our accompanying IT support, particularly when relocating servers (web servers, SQL servers).
What are the advantages?
- It makes little sense if your IT experts familiarize themselves deeply with the Koblank software because of such a one-off task by reading Koblank manuals and instructions.
- With our help, such a task will be completed in the shortest possible time.
- After that, it is assured that in fact everything works.
- The users can – at the price of rather insignificant additional costs – get back to work as soon as possible.
What's the procedure?
An exact date must be agreed in advance for Remote IT support.
Then please send us a Microsoft Teams invitation (or, for example, a Cisco Webex invitation) for a meeting in which you can share your screen and, if possible, hand over control to our employee.
How long does it take?
Understandably, the question is often asked how long a server migration, for example a web server migration of an ideeNet® SQL version, takes. This varies greatly and depends entirely on the customer's environment. Often some kind of constellation occurs that one did not expect. This can mean that a migration, which may ideally be done in an hour, sometimes takes more than three hours.
Immediately before or after a server migration, the opportunity is often used to update to the current version. The system requirements for the current version can be found here.
What does this cost?
Remote IT support is not included in the free support, which is handled exclusively via e-mail. We will provide you with the current conditions on request.
